Robert L. Eanes

Bobby L. Eanes, 74, of Christiansburg, VA was called home on July 30, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. Bobby was an avid fly fisherman who loved the water. He was a loving and wonderful husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and friend. He had a contagious laugh and smile, a kind and humble heart, and always put others before himself. He retired in 2009 from PFRWTA. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernie L. Eanes. Left to cherish his memory are the love of his life and devoted wife, Linda Eanes; his children, Bobby, Jr. and Vikki Pennington; mother, Mary Eanes; step daughters, Dawn Wingo and Deana Linkous; grandchildren, Mary, Mykkel, Hayley, Adam, Lauren, John, Kaitlyn, Kelsey, and Wesley; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dewey and Shirley, Gary and Cami; and sister and brother-in-law, Dixie and Kenny. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Rodney Linkous officiating. In lieu of flowers please hold hands and love one another!
