Roger Dale Farmer

Roger Dale Farmer, 63, of Christiansburg, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016. Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Hinkley Farmer; his father, Henry Farmer; and mother, Frances Farmer. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Farmer and James Farmer.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters and their spouses and boyfriend, Mitzi and Jonathan King, LaCosta Farmer, Tanya Farmer and Mitch Ratcliff, Jennifer Farmer, Victoria and Ronald Williams. Roger also has three sisters, Mary Hill, Alice McPeak, Joann Farmer; as well as many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends that he cared for very much; and his three furry friends, Pooh Bear, Ray-Ray, and Maxwell, who will miss him terribly.

In accordance with Roger’s wishes, he will be cremated and a Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Visitation will be on Friday, July 29, 2016, from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home.
