Roy Huff

HUFF, REV. ROY STEWARD , age 84, of Barboursville, VA and formerly of Blacksburg passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2005 in Stanardsville.

He was the son of the late Charlie D. and Pearlie Mae Huff, Sr. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Carlyn Huff and Charles Huff, Jr; sister, Pauline Mullens. Rev. Huff was associated with the Pentecostal Holiness Church as a Pastor and an Evangelist. In recent years he ministered in the Independent Holiness Churches.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes Furrow Huff; sons and daughters-in-law, Rev. Kenneth & Linda Huff of Buena Vista, VA; Malvin & Nancy Huff of Richmond, VA; Rev. Garry & Robin Huff of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandson and his wife, Dale & Naomi Huff of Stuarts Draft, VA; grandson, Craig Huff of Richmond; granddaughter and her husband, Faith & Lance Hise of Buena Vista, VA; great granddaughter, Hannah Huff of Stuarts Draft, VA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Samuel J. Huff, Billy Huff, Boyd & Connie Huff all of Blacksburg; Albert & Mary Huff of Christiansburg; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Maudie Ramsey, Clara Sheppard of Christiansburg, Laura & Charlie Williams of Richmond, VA; Treva Huff, Charlene Keen and sister-in-law Sadie Huff of Blacksburg.

The family will receive friends from 5 ? 8 p.m. Friday evening at The Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 12th at the Merrimac Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Ira Yeatts, Rev. Garry Huff and Rev. Kenneth Huff officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The Huff Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg. (382-2612)
