Sheppard, Ryley Irdinia, 6 week old infant daughter of Carrington M. Linkous and Steven E. Sheppard, of Blacksburg, VA, went to play with the angels on March 10, 2010.

Linkous and Debbie Smith, of Christiansburg, VA.; paternal grandmother, Katriena Moffit, of Winston Salem, NC; maternal great grandmothers, Sarah A. Martin, of Draper, VA and Reba A. Linkous, of Blacksburg, VA; paternal great grandmothers, Elizabeth B. Capers, of Winston-Salem, NC, and Shirley I. Sheppard, of Christiansburg, VA; paternal great great grandmother, Nancy B. Keiling, of Winston-Salem, NC; a half brother, Connor D. Stewart; a half sister, Merissa D. Stewart, of Winston-Salem, NC; aunts, Logan M. Linkous, of Salem, VA and Jessica A. Sheppard, of Winston-Salem, NC; cousins, Koty L. Linkous, of Salem, VA, Maliki T. Sheppard and Braelin N. Special thanks to Good Samaritan Hospice for treating Ryley as if she were their own. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 12, 2010 from 6p.m.-8p.m. at the Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel at 11a.m. with Rev. Jerry Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
