Shaun Edward Whittaker

Shaun Edward Whittaker, 33, of Radford, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014.

He was preceded in death by a daughter; maternal grandmother; and maternal great-grandmother. Survivors include his wife, Angela Whittaker; daughter, Isabelle Marie Smith; mother, Cyndi Linkous and friend Larry Nester; father and step-mother, Eddie and Shirley Nester; sisters, Hallie Linkous and Ashley Nester; brother, Thomas Linkous; paternal grandparents, Bobby and Molly Nester; maternal grandfather, Gary Whittaker; maternal great-grandfather, Howard Walker; uncles, Chuck Nester and Michael Whittaker; aunt, Kim Andrews; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Joe Fisher; and special aunt, Cissy Assad.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 25, 2014, from 6-7 p.m. at East Radford Church of God, 1345 Rock Road, Christiansburg. The Memorial Service will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Poston officiating.
