Shelly Denise Stewart

Shelly Denise Stewart, 54, of Christiansburg, passed away on September 4, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elliott ‘Jake’ and Betty Ann Stewart. Shelly is survived by her siblings, Elliott Stewart, Jr., Toledo, OH, Chester Stewart, Roanoke, VA, Rochelle Stewart, Christiansburg, VA, Reva Stewart, Richmond, VA, Belle Bell, Toledo, OH; children, Mike Scott (Jaimee), Christiansburg, VA, Kevin Spidell, Toledo, OH, Makeia Scott (Dez), Toledo, OH; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; as well as a host of close cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, from 1-2 pm. at Schaeffer Memorial Baptist Church, and the Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. with Pastor Lee Suggs officiating and Elder Larry Carter delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in Stewart Cemetery, Floyd.
