Sherman Kent Haley

Sherman Kent Haley, 85, of Christiansburg, passed away on November 15, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Cunningham Haley; father, John Roy Haley; mother, Mary Virna Johnson Haley; siblings, Helen Hudson, Willard Haley, Ward Haley, Eugene Haley, Claude Haley, Ruth Gulley, and Robert Haley.
He is survived by his daughters, Debra Gilmer and Shelby Acton; sister, Louise Sutphin (Marshall); grandchildren and their spouses, Jennifer and Joseph Welker, Kevin and Emily Gilmer, Rebecca and K.C Miles; great-grandchildren, Nylah Miles and Elena Welker.

Family will receive friends on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 12-1 pm at the Alleghany Church of Christ. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm at the Alleghany Church of Christ with Rev. Porter Riner officiating. Interment will conclude at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
