Steven Lee Smith, 56, of Shawsville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 4, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver Lee and Suzanna Smith. He is survived by his wife of almost 35 years, Lisa Smith; son, Steven Oliver Smith and wife Pearl Sue; daughter, Melinda Suzanna Smith and fiancé Dallas Anderson; grandchildren, Brandon Lee Smith, Joseph Oliver Smith, Brooklyn Angelica Doss, and Nicholas Andrew Doss; as well as numerous cousins and friends.
Steve had a strong will, big heart, and strong beliefs that he passed along to his family.
The graveside service will be Monday, June 9, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Horne Funeral Home to help offset expenses.
