Thelma Pauline Dickerson Haley

Thelma Pauline Dickerson Haley, 92 of Christiansburg, VA, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 11, 2018.

Thelma was born September 12, 1926 in Floyd Co., VA to McKinley and India Belle Dickerson. She especially loved her family and all her pets. She was an avid gardener and loved flowers of all kinds.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Claude Haley; an infant daughter, Mary Beth; her brothers, Edward, A.D., and Earl Dickerson; and her sister, Bobby Sue Dickerson Johnson.

She is survived by her son, Wayne Haley (Sherry); daughters, Vicki Haley, Denise Haley, and Linda Sites; three grandchildren, Jon Lytton, Liann Fuller, and Kyle Sites; and three great-granddaughters. She is also survived by her sisters, Emma Lou Dickerson Reed, Janice Dickerson Doss (Maynard), and Judy Dickerson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 13, 2018, from 6-7 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home with the Funeral Service to immediately follow in the Chapel. Burial will be private.
