PANNELL, THOMAS JACKSON, age 79 of Shawsville, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2010 at his home.
He was a life member of the Isaac Walton League. Preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Katherine King Pannell, daughter, Ann Dalton, son-in-law, Terry Owens, brothers, Dave, Frank, Joe, Ed and Morris Pannell.
He leaves to cherish his memory sons, Robert Pannell, Kevin Cressell and wife, Lynn; daughters, Jackie Kommes and husband, Larry, Mary Owens, Tammy Pannell and Jerry Vaught; grandchildren, Angie Dalton, Shannon Dalton, Tammy Lynn Dalton, Chelsie Vaught; grandsons, D.J. Dalton, Tommy Owens & wife, Julie, Justin Owens and Jay Vaught; sisters, Ann Clayton, Ethel Croy; ten great-grandchildren; a very special friend, Sammy Epperly.
The family will receive friends Monday, Apr 5th at the Horne Funeral Home from 5 until 8 pm. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, Apr. 6th, in the Horne Funeral Chapel with Pastor Shake Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
