Vera Hughes Welcher, 92, of Elliston, our precious little kiwi angel went to heaven on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Randolph Welcher, Sr. and son, Roy Randolph Welcher, Jr.
She is survived by granddaughter & her husband, Tina & Baron Gibson; and “daughter” & her husband, Jackie & Jimmy Bowles; as well as several nieces, nephews, family members in New Zealand; and special caregiver, Elizabeth Herron.
The family will receive friends from 1-4 pm on Sunday, January 13, 2013, at the home, 3901 Flatwoods Road, Elliston.
