Viola Hilton

Hilton, Viola, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at Heritage Hall at the age of 84.

She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Martha Moles of Pulaski; her husband, Mendel Hilton of Draper, a daughter, Betty Wades of Fredrick MD; sisters, Louise Bell of Radford; Mary Ledford of Mt. Airy, NC; Annie Morris of Pulaski; Katie French of Pulaski; Virginia Wright of Wytheville and Ruth Wyatt of Rockfield MD. Surviving her is her son Tommy Hilton, a daughter and son-in-law, Mendel and Virgil Hess all of Christiansburg; grandchildren, Jon and Joe Hilton, Mike and Missy Linkous all of Christiansburg; Donnie, Ellis, Gary, Billy and Steve Barber of Maryland; two special great grandchildren, M. J. and Michaela Linkous of Christiansburg; sister, Lucy Harroll of Louisa, VA; son-in-law, Buddy Wades of MD; special nieces and nephew, Minnie & Leroy Early, Pat Silter all of Pulaski; special friends, Rev. Jerry & Freda Buckner, and Debbie Shrewsberry of Christiansburg.

Friends and family will gather from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 19, 2004 at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 20, 2004 at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Buckner and Rev. Everett Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow in Dublin Cemetery. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to Dr. Michael Payne and his staff, Dr. Gilberto, and the Staff of Heritage Hall.
