Virginia Creasey

October 17, 1910 — October 1, 2004

CREASEY, VIRGINIA LOAR, 93 of Shawsville, She's has gone away from us but no more suffering. She is at peace now. She was the daughter to the late Gratton and Essie Loar. She was also preceded in death by her husband; Willie Creasey.

She is survived by her granddaughter (daughter) and her husband; Kay and Arthur Bailey of Shawsville, son & daughter-in-law; Clifford and Beverly Creasey, Edmond, OK, granddaughters; Shari Creasey, Edmond, OK, Claudine Cundiff, Shawsville, and Debbie Quesenberry of Willis, VA. She is also survived by her seven great grandchildren, one brother; John Loar of Radford, two sisters; Hattie Moore of Christiansburg, and Della "Pete" Caldwell of Roanoke. Several nieces and nephews also survive her.

Friends may call anytime after 12 noon Sunday, October 3, 2004 at The Horne Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 4, 2004 at The Mount Pleasant Church Of God Universal Church, Mt. Pleasant Road, with Pastor Jim Sutphin officiating. Interment will follow in the Creasey family cemetery.
