Virginia H. Hodge, 72, of Richmond, VA went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 7th, 2008,.
She was preceded in death by her parents Zella and Hunley Hodge; five brothers, Coy, Roy, Paul, John & Wilmer (Bill) Hodge and beloved nephew Ed Czerniakiewicz.
She is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law Newell (Polly), Sidney (Shirley) and Carl (Kathy) Hodge of Christiansburg, VA; three sisters and brother-in-law, Alma Epperly, Roanoke, VA, Allie Miles, Richmond, VA and Joyce Czerniakiewicz (Bill) of Mechancisville, VA; two nephews, Dennis Hodge, Charlotte, NC, Joseph (Joey) Hodge, Christiansburg, VA; nieces, Wanda Phillips, Judy Cole, Connie Turner, Linda Blankenship and Debbie Linkous all of Christiansburg, Bonnie Lewis, Roanoke, VA, Teri Miles, Richmond, VA and Julia Czerniakiewicz-Brooks of Mechanicsville, VA. She is also survived by long time dear friend, Buddy Tiller of Richmond, VA.
The family will receive friends on Sunday August 10, 2008 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday August 11, 2008 at 12:00 Noon in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Leon Alley with interment to follow in Sunset Cemetery.
