Wanda S. Vaught of Christiansburg passed away on June 26, 2017, at Lewis Gale Montgomery Hospital. She was born in Richland Center, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Clyde W. Vaught Jr.; brother, Buren Sneath of Wisconsin; sister, Waneta Kipps of Blacksburg; and parents, Amos and Elva Sneath of Wisconsin.
Wanda is survived by her son, Michael E. Vaught and wife Pam of Blacksburg; daughter, Joyce and husband Gratton Eugene Jones of Oklahoma; two loving grandchildren, Matthew M. Vaught of Blacksburg and Danielle Jones McCain and husband Zach of Oklahoma; sister, June Johnston and husband Wilbur of Wisconsin; as well as several nephews.
The Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg, with Pastor Phillip Martin officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215 or to the Humane Society of Montgomery County, 1183 Flanagan Drive, Christiansburg, VA 24073.
